EXCITING times continue at Banyan Hill, Ballina’s premier land estate by Intrapac Property, with construction surging ahead and community interest remaining strong.
Following the recent release of premium land lots, the estate is now a hive of activity. Bulk earthworks are well underway, with cut-to-fill works progressing steadily across the site. Over the coming weeks, construction will move into the services phase, with installation of the sewer rising main scheduled to commence next week. Stormwater and sewer infrastructure works will follow closely behind.
Stages 10 and 11 remain firmly on track for completion by Christmas, marking a major milestone for the estate. The subdivision certificate process for Stage 10 is anticipated to begin in January, with settlements of sold lots expected between July and December 2026.
“We’re thrilled with how construction is progressing at Banyan Hill,” said Maxwell Shifman, CEO of Intrapac Property. “The team is working hard to deliver these stages on time, and the response from buyers has been fantastic.”
That buyer enthusiasm was on full display at the recent Banyan Block Party, which drew families from across the region for an afternoon of entertainment, food trucks and community connection. The event showcased the lifestyle and energy that make Banyan Hill so appealing, reinforcing why so many buyers are choosing to call it home.
Sales continue to build, with more than $6.5 million in sales achieved to date. The estate’s elevated homesites, natural setting and proximity to beaches, schools and the airport are proving a strong drawcard for buyers seeking both lifestyle and location.
With construction powering ahead and limited lots remaining, now is an ideal time to secure a place in this growing community. Visit banyanhill.com.au or call Sarah Cobb on 1300 326 197 to learn more.
