BCM Homes has taken out three categories of the 2024 HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards.

The local construction company won Home of the Year, People’s Choice Home of the Year, and the Custom Built Home honour all for the Horizon luxury beach house at Separation Creek.

“We are thrilled,” said BCM Homes director, David Moyle. “This incredible honour reflects our unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and home design and construction excellence.

“We are immensely proud of our talented team, whose dedication and craftsmanship have made this achievement possible.

The support and team work of the Ballarat trades community has been key to BCM Homes’ success according to the company’s director.

“We are incredibly grateful to the local trade community of Ballarat. Your support, hard work, and collaboration have been instrumental in our success.

“Thank you to the HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards for recognising our work and our valued clients for their trust and support.

“We look forward to continuing our journey of creating beautiful, sustainable, and innovative homes.”

BCM Homes staff aim to be innovative in their delivery of high quality design and construction.

The Australian Housing Awards aim to highlight excellence in the residential building industry across the country.

“We’re dedicated to giving credit where it’s due,” said HIA managing director, Jocelyn Martin.

“HIA Awards are our way of recognising the exceptional talent within our membership.

“We are talking about members who not only build extraordinary homes, kitchens, and bathrooms but also run incredibly successful businesses.

“The craftsmanship displayed by our award winners is simply outstanding. Their projects often redefine what’s possible in terms of design and innovation, setting new standards for the industry.

“It brings me immense joy to extend my congratulations to each and every winner for their unwavering dedication to excellence.”
