Boys rep golf team announced

TEN junior players from Ballarat District Golf have been listed for the squad to play at the Golf Australia – 2019 Victorian Junior Boys Country Regions.

Paddy Murphy, Kacee Kirwan-Hamilton, Ryan Wilson, Liam Howlett, Nicholas Crellin, Thomas Yorke – all from Ballarat Golf Club will be joined by Joel Smith – Buninyong, Jarryd Martin – Bacchus Marsh West, Charlie Bissinella – Mount Xavier GC and Manish Puvanendran – Maryborough.

Andrew Cartledge from Ballarat Junior Golf Academy will again serve as coach.

The team will hit the Cobram Barooga Golf Club for the tournament on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 May.

Murphy is the number one ranked under 18 boy in the district, while Kirwan-Hamilton and Bissinella both pulled rep duty last year.
