Matt Corby will return to the Bellarine this November after being unveiled on Thursday as the biggest addition to the Queenscliff Music Festival’s growing lineup.

The ARIA Award-winning voice behind hit song Brother will perform at the festival in support of his fourth studio album, Tragic Magic.

Released in April, the album see Corby delve further into his R&B roots while embracing funk, hip-hop and soft rock influences.

Corby will be joined by London sibling trio Kitty, Daisy & Lewis – whose eclectic sound has won fans from Amy Winehouse to David Lynch – funk and soul outfit The Bamboos and neo-soul artist Kaiit.

You Am I frontman Tim Rogers will also bring his extensive solo catalogue to Queenscliff, adding another Australian rock heavyweight to the bill.

Geelong soul singer Farah will also take to the stage in November, alongside psych-rock party starter Immy Owusu, dreamy folk-pop songwriter Azure Ryder and indie-folkstress A.C Saunders.

Festival director Claire Stickland said it was hard not to get excited looking at the lineup.

“It’s shaping up to be one of those weekends where you’ll get to catch an act you love, leave with a new favourite and create fond memories,” she said.

“The best festival memories are rarely the ones you plan for. They’re the artist you stumble across, the song you didn’t know you’d love, the people you shared it with.

“This announcement is full of those possibilities.”

The new additions join a lineup that already includes Peter Garrett & the Alter Egos, Baker Boy, Lime Cordiale, Kate Miller-Heidke and Meg Mac.

Held on the last weekend of November, the Queenscliff Music Festival attracts more than 10,000 people each year for a weekend of Australian live music, local food and wine, arts experiences and family-friendly entertainment on the Bellarine foreshore.

More than 70 artists will perform across the three-day event.

The Queenscliff Music Festival returns 27–29 November.
