Twenty-one days to create change for you and for young people!

The LifeChanger Foundation runs community programs to directly engage and support youth, building more thriving, resilient young people.

The LifeChanger Foundation is holding a 21-day fundraiser starting 1 September.

LifeChanger is a preventative mental health and wellbeing program that empowers young people to live thriving, resilient, lives.

It exists because suicide remains the leading cause of death for young people aged between 15-24 years of age.

LifeChanger believes these statistics are preventable through early intervention programs that help build self-esteem and awareness, positive self-identity and resilience.

“The KMS4KIDS event rallies community together around our young people and also around health and wellbeing,” he said.

“It’s hard to think that there are any bigger priorities than both of these given the challenges all families have been facing over the last 12 months. Look after yourself and our youth by getting involved!”

KM’S4KIDS engages with participants daily with motivating health and wellbeing key messages from inspiring LifeChanger’s ambassadors like Nutrigrain Ironman/woman athletes Ali Day and Courtney Hancock, comedian Dave Thornton and legendary musician James Morrison to name a few.

The virtual challenge kicks off on 1 September and goes for 21 days allowing each participant to run, walk, ride, swim, paddle, or whatever as many kilometres as possible and raise funds throughout the challenge.

Funds raised helps the LifeChanger Foundation empower young people to thrive and live resilient lives.
