Builder hammers home its #1 with awards spree!

DESPITE the housing market contracting G.J. Gardner Homes Ballarat continues to buck the trend with a raft of recent awards at their annual conference in Vietnam including winning Franchise of Year Victoria for the fifth time.

Franchisors Rob McMaster and Wayne Jones said it was rewarding to have the strength of the franchise recognised in so many realms.

“It was pleasant surprise to be honest,” Mr McMaster said. “One award would’ve have been really great, so to receive runner up in Sales Team of The Year, Construction Team of The Year and Most Completed Home Slab 2018 was amazing.

“It really shows that what we are providing to our customers is clear and precise processes and a business model that evidently results in a memorable build journey for our deserving customers.

Mr Jones added, “I know it sounds cliché but we are in this position because of the amazing team of sales consultants, administrators, construction supervisors and service manager that never drop the ball; that’s what makes the Ballarat franchise such a success.

“You can’t do this solo, it takes a lot of people working together as a team doing a fantastic job.

“While the overall industry has declined, our numbers keep tracking up and we have some pretty big but exciting growth plans we want to hit in the following years”.

The annual award season started earlier this with G.J. Gardner Homes being awarded Most Trusted National Builder for the third year in a row by ProductReview.com.au.
