Visioneer Builders has taken out the prestigious HIA CSR Victorian Home of the Year award for the second year running with a spectacular renovation project in Melbourne’s inner suburbs.

The result was announced at the 2019 HIA CSR Victorian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards, held in the Palladium Ballroom at Crown Towers, Melbourne, on Friday, 8 November, with industry leaders and VIPs from across the state and the country in attendance.

Judges described the home in Hawthorn East as “exquisite”, with works completed to an exacting standard and a seamless flow from the historically significant frontage to the contemporary three-story addition.

Features of the home include a seven-car garage accessed by a lift from the street, a bar and home cinema, cellar and stunning spiral staircase.

“Visioneer Builders have once again gone to extraordinary lengths for their client in delivering this spectacular home,” said Fiona Nield, HIA Victorian Regional Executive Director.

Visioneer Builders were also successful in other categories on the night, claiming the Custom Built Home of the Year award and the Apartment of the Year award too.
