Cash windfall for In Home Hospice Care

THE Rotary Club of Mount Gambier West has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting local community organisations through a donation of $1,000 to In Home Hospice Care.

The donation was presented by Rotary Club of Mount Gambier West President Neil Davies during the Club’s Change Over Dinner held on July 7.

Sandi Elliot, Manager of In Home Hospice Care Mount Gambier was an honoured guest and key note speaker at the Change Over Event.

Sandi’s presentation focused on the resources available to clients, including the client support booklets to be funded by the generous donation.

President Neil Davies said the club was pleased to support an organisation that makes such a meaningful difference in the lives of local residents.

“In Home Hospice Care provides invaluable support to people and families during some of life’s most difficult times. The Rotary Club of Mount Gambier West is proud to contribute to the continuation of these essential services and to recognise the dedication of the volunteers and staff who make this care possible,” Mr Davies said.

The donation reflects the Rotary Club of Mount Gambier West’s ongoing commitment to investing in local initiatives that strengthen the community and improve the wellbeing of residents.

Club members were delighted to present the donation to in Home Hospice Care, which provides compassionate care, comfort and support to individuals and families facing life-limiting illness across our local community.
