THE legacy of the late Barry Maney again took centre stage earlier this month when the Barry Maney Group proudly celebrated its 50th anniversary with a memorable dinner at The Barn, bringing together team members, industry partners, past leaders and special guests to reflect on five decades of success.

The evening began with a pre-dinner gathering at the Generations in Jazz Pavilion, featuring live jazz from Gabriel Strachan and an opportunity for guests to reconnect and share stories.

Throughout the night, speakers including former director David Millard, Ford Australia regional manager Joel Sahayam, GIJ board member Fiona Unger, and BMG managing director Jonathan Crawford reflected on the company’s rich history, strong community partnerships and continued growth.

A highlight of the evening was the recognition of long-serving team members, celebrating milestones ranging from five to 40 years of service.

These acknowledgements showcased the dedication, loyalty and people-first culture that have been at the heart of the Barry Maney Group’s success since 1976.

Marking this significant milestone, the management team thanked the employees, customers, partners and community for their ongoing support.

The 50th Birthday Dinner was not only a celebration of past achievements but also an opportunity to look ahead with confidence as they continue building on the legacy of the Barry Maney Group.
