Three-peat of service awards

JAYCO Mount Gambier has been recognised as the benchmark for customer service in the Australian caravan industry, winning the Trevor Page Outstanding Customer Service Australia Award for the third consecutive year. Presented by Jayco Australia’s founder, Gerry Ryan, the award acknowledges the dealership’s commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Competing against 24 dealerships nationwide, Jayco Mount Gambier once again stood out for its outstanding customer feedback scores, solidifying its reputation as a trusted and customer-focused dealership.

Jayco Mount Gambier has been a key player in the region’s caravan industry since 1998, starting as a small dealership with just two employees. In 2013, the current owners took over, growing the business from a four-person team to a modern, purpose-built dealership on the outskirts of Mount Gambier, now employing 10 staff members.

Beyond this latest recognition, Jayco Mount Gambier has also received several Outstanding Achievement Awards and the Best Aftersales Service Award, further reinforcing its industry leadership.
