“I’M incredibly happy and honestly, it’s exceeded my expectations.”

That was the reaction of Tenison Woods College Year 12 student Jolie Vaughan, who didn’t just top her school cohort with an ATAR of 98.75 but topped Mount Gambier across all four schools.

Monday was D-Day for the region’s Class of ’25 with the release of the 2025 Year 12 SACE results and for many students it was genuine cause for celebration with the Limestone Coast again producing strong results.

St Martins Lutheran College student Owen Wheatley, who was overseas when the results came through, also secured a stunning ATAR – 98.45 – with a raft of students from across the district topping the 90 mark.

Mount Gambier High School’s Annapurna Anbu secured an ATAR of 96.05, while for Grant High School it was an ATAR of 93.05 from Zoey Norman that topped the class.
