Since starting Strawberry Seed Consulting from her spare room in 2013, Carli Saw has built a thriving boutique HR and recruitment consultancy firm based in Torquay supporting small to medium business across Australia.

“In the beginning, I was just looking for a way to create a flexible job for myself, to work around my young kids,” she said. “I never envisaged my spare of the moment decision would result in the successful business we have today.”

“I didn’t intend to have an all-female team, but when you genuinely offer full flexibility, it is very appealing to mothers to be in control of their work time.” Carli said. “We have offered working from home and set your own schedule from day one.
