Since starting Strawberry Seed Consulting from her spare room in 2013, Carli Saw has built a thriving boutique HR and recruitment consultancy firm based in Torquay supporting small to medium business across Australia.

“In the beginning, I was just looking for a way to create a flexible job for myself, to work around my young kids,” she said. “I never envisaged my spare of the moment decision would result in the successful business we have today.”
