IT IS NOT every day you find yourself watching some of Australia’s most loved artists on a stage nestled at high altitude in Victoria’s most charming alpine village.

FEASTIVAL Falls Creek is all about celebrating music, arts, comedy, food and beverages, all with a stunning alpine backdrop.

Headlined by Australian faves The Temper Trap, and featuring the incredible talents of Thelma Plum, Holy Holy, The Grogans, Vaudeville Smash, The Maes and so much more, prepare to be awestruck by this epic line-up of musicians, visual artists, comedians, performers and creators.

The main music afternoon “Feast de Resistance” will take place on February 17. This epic showcase is surrounded by three days of equally remarkable side events and activities ranging from the hilarious comedy night, stargazing with the Astronomical Society of Victoria, inspiring art exhibitions, installations, historical guided walks, delicious food, gin and wine events, markets, yoga, pilates, art workshops… the list goes on.

Parents, rest assured: there’s plenty of children’s entertainment such as circus workshops, face painting and games while the music plays, so you’ll be free to kick back and enjoy the show.

If you’ve visited Falls Creek in summer, you’ll know it’s not just a ski resort but a mecca for warm weather adventures. For the adrenaline seekers, Mountain Bike Shuttles will be running throughout the weekend, giving access to more than 50km of world-class MTB trails, or pack the hiking shoes and take advantage of the alps at your accommodation doorstep.

Just a four-hour drive from Melbourne, Falls Creek has a range of accommodation options for singles, couples, families or the whole crew- whatever your budget.

Tickets for FEASTIVAL are on sale now and selling quick. Head to feastival.fallscreek.com.au for more information. Don’t miss this unique celebration of culture and creativity in the heart of the Australian Alps.
