July 25, 2018 BY

Gail and Charelle started from humble beginners offering just 20 classes per week to now 120 classes per week.

It’s been almost 10 years since Gail and Charelle opened their doors, and the sisters have never been more excited and passionate about their business and what’s to come.

Since their opening, the business has grown and evolved with locations in Geelong and Torquay, offering a diversity of hot yoga and pilates classes as well as now offering reformer classes at their Geelong location.

The two mums started from humble beginners offering just 20 classes per week to now 120 classes per week.

Gail attributes the growth and success of the business to a commitment to strive for excellence, an unwavering passion for yoga and pilates and mission to provide the best customer experience possible.

“We are constantly looking at ways we can improve our business.

“Just last month we spent the week in Los Angeles and participated in Wellness Week checking out the latest offerings seeing what elements we can bring back to our studios.”

She said the essence of their business was about ‘Finding Your Upstate’.

“It’s about creating a positive state of mind through movement, connection and positivity.

“It’s more than just a yoga or pilates class, it’s about creating a lifestyle you love.

“We are incredibly grateful that our business is our passion.

“We are constantly inspired by our team of dedicated teachers and clients.

“We also have some exciting projects in the pipeline that we are looking forward to sharing.” Stay tuned!
