January 31, 2024 BY

Daniel Aaron will take the stage as part of this year's line-up at Airey's Music Festival.

AIREYS Inlet Music Festival returns for 2024 with an exciting new line-up.

The event, which will run from March 15 to 17, is set to host an array of music styles with a strong focus on bands from the area.

Cambodian Space Project will be the event’s first international artist, entertaining the crowd with their psychedelic pop sounds.

Daniel Aaron will also take the stage, along with a selection of other local musicians including The Resignators, Geelong’s Beans and the Aireys Rolling Stones All Stars.

Matt Walker and Ashley Davies along with Henry Wagons and Kylie Auldist will headline the festival.

Daniel Aaron will be on the bill at this year’s Aireys Inlet Music Festival.

“This is the event’s most diverse line-up yet,” festival creative director Patrick Donovan said.

“Aireys residents have pretty broad tastes, and they love to dance, so we have booked some of the best purveyors of blues, ska, psychedelic rock, R ‘n’ B, folk, funk, country and disco,” he said.

The three-day festival is all about supporting the local community while at the same time providing a number of surprises.

“Even if you don’t know the whole line up, I encourage you to come along and check it out,” Mr Donovan said.

“Every band on that bill has something to offer and one of the best in their genres.”

Cambodian Space Project will be the event’s first international performers.

Along with musical entertainment, event goers will have the opportunity to attend a book reading by author and musician, Craig Horne to understand the history of music and venues in the area.

The festival takes place across six venues around the town including the Aireys pub, Great Ocean Road Gin Tasting Room, Sunnymead Hotel, The Captain of Aireys and the Lighthouse Tea Rooms.

Local developing bands will be hosted again by Great Ocean Road Mini Golf on the Push FReeZA stage where they will have the opportunity to gain performing experience.
