Martin wins plaudits at AusMumpreneur Awards

ARTIST, author, resilience coach and public speaker Justine Martin had a highly successful night at this year’s AusMumpreneur Awards.

The Geelong resident and “Queen of Resilience” runs five businesses and was a winner in one category at the awards, and also took home two second-place trophies and a third-place trophy.

Held each year for the past 10 years, the AusMumpreneur Conference and AusMumpreneur Awards are all about supporting Australian mums in business.

They provide a unique opportunity for women from across Australia to come together to promote their business, connect with fellow mums in business, and celebrate the success of the best and brightest in the industry.

Martin received the gold trophy in the Disabled Business Excellence, with plaudits for her ability to navigate the business world while dealing with multiple disabilities, including MS, an inspiration to entrepreneurs facing challenges.

Her journey of triumph over adversity captivated the judges and saw her win the silver trophy in the Overcoming the Odds category. Her ability to rise above challenges and emerge stronger than ever were praised as an example of courage and tenacity for aspiring businesswomen everywhere.

Martin’s podcast “Resilience Mindset” has resonated with audiences across the nation, providing valuable insights, inspiration and fostering a sense of community, and won a silver trophy in Podcast of the Year.

The weekly podcast series sees Martin interviews guests on stories of overcoming adversity, building inner strength and how to get back up when you are kicked down.

Her potential to make a lasting impact on the business landscape was acknowledged with a bronze trophy in the One to Watch category.

Martin’s success at the 2023 AusMumpreneur Awards follow her gold trophy at the 2021 AusMumpreneur Awards for Coach of the Year, and seven other national awards during 2021 and 2022 for her dedication and outstanding performance across her businesses.

The AusMumpreneur Awards are jointly presented by AusMumpreneur and The Women’s Business School.
