The Next Step is Geelong

September 12, 2019 BY

The Next Step – Absolute Dance will be performed on Sunday September 22 at Geelong’s Costa Hall.

A popular group of children’s entertainers will perform in Geelong this month as part of a 10-date Australian tour.

The cast from hit Canadian television series The Next Step are preparing to return down under to showcase their new show, The Next Step – Absolute Dance.

Victoria Baldesarra, who stars as Michelle, is one of the program’s original cast members and the only dancer to appear in all six series.

Victoria started dancing at age three before beginning to compete at six. She trained at the Canadian Dance Unit in Bolton for over a decade.

As part of The Next Step, Victoria has visited several different countries. She also appears in the Family Channel and Netflix’s popular television program Lost & Found Music Studios.

Earlier this year, Victoria visited Australia alongside fellow star Brittany Raymond to deliver a run of sell-out dance workshops to Australia’s young dance fraternity.

She has been announced as one of 10 cast members who will perform at Geelong’s Costa Hall on Sunday September 22.

Cast members joining Victoria in the 90-minte live stage show include Briar Nolet (“Richelle”), Isaiah Peck (“Henry”), Shelby Bain (“Amy”), Alexandra Chaves (“Piper”), Berkley Ratzlaff (“Davis”), Sage Linder (“Summer”), Dylan Ratzlaff (“Jacqui”), Liam Mackie (“Finn”) and Noah Zulfikar (“Kingston”).

Amy Wright, who has been with the series since its inception as casting director, choreographer and a producer, will be the creative director and choreographer for the tour.
