Warm up this winter at Frontbeach Taphouse

AS the nights and days are getting cooler and people are feeling the cost-of-living pressures, Torquay’s Frontbeach Taphouse and Restaurant has introduced a new range of specials.

The team have decided to make all their main meals $25 during the week, including on Friday nights.

The specials don’t stop there, also offering $24 main meals on Thursday nights, which also includes a free beer, wine or soft drink.

Owner Nick Cogger said the business felt it was time to do something for the local community.

“Going out to dinner is a bit of a chore at the moment, especially with the cost of living, you’ve got interest rates, gas bills and the cost of supermarket groceries going up.

“We think it’s the right time to do something for the community and it’s our way of making it an easier decision to go out for dinner and lunch.”

Adding to the restaurants appeal is its beachfront views and the added bonus of Guinness on tap.
