Yoga by the bay on Sundays

For each Sunday in February, Terindah Estate will host Hatha yoga in its expansive vineyard for a peaceful finish to the working week.

Hatha is a branch of yoga emphasising physical exercise to master the body and mind.

Guests are invited to join an hour-long class on the lawn while taking in the spectacular views across Port Phillip.

The gentle flow between poses and blend of stretching, breathing and meditation will leave participants feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Terindah Estate’s tranquil setting is the ideal spot for guests of all ages and fitness levels to soak up the surrounds before enjoying a nourishing brunch at its signature restaurant, The Shed.

Tea, coffee and a glass of estate-made sparkling Method Traditionelle will also be served at the conclusion of each class to further unwind and mingle.

The class and brunch will run from 8.30am-10.30am at Terindah Estate, located at 90 McAdams Lane, Bellarine, on February 4, 11, 18 and 25.

The cost is $50 per person, including the Hatha yoga class and brunch; however, guests are required to bring their own yoga mat.
