Bellbrae cafe makes exciting return

A BELLBRAE cafe will reopen this summer after being gently reimagined into a refreshed space ready to welcome customers.

The Fives Cafe, located at 555 Great Ocean Road, Bellbrae, retains its familiar warmth while introducing a renewed energy and updated menu.

In addition to its fresh energy, the cafe has improved access around the site and has prioritised preserving the spirit that made the nursery and location so special to locals.

“It’s been really special to see new life being brought into a place so many people care about,” cafe manager Frankie Kaye said.

“Everyone on the team feels really excited about opening the doors and inviting everyone in.

“The atmosphere feels familiar, even with the refresh. There’s a lot of heart in this place, and we can’t wait for people to see the new space.”

Open seven days a week, the cafe aims to be a place that provides customers with a consistent and reliable experience and a space where they can come for quality food and coffee.

The Fives Cafe is working with a range of local suppliers and businesses from the Geelong region as they bring new and unique offerings into the Surf Coast.

A local team is on board, from the friendly baristas and front of house team through to the kitchen.

Set up as a bright and inviting environment, the space is perfectly suited to families and children, with a strong priority on focusing on their local and regular clientele.

The many cyclists who travel the Great Ocean Road will also be welcome guests, with The Fives Cafe serving as a place for them to stop in and recuperate.
