Blvd lots break through $1 Million

Smashing through $1 million mark, release four at Blvd Torquay achieved some impressive results with all three lots eventually selling. Lot 9 sold to a Sydney-based family for $1.15 million. Lot 7 sold for $880,000 to a young Torquay family and Lot 14, which was passed in at auction, sold by negotiation. The Friday night auction, conducted by Phillip Kingston (pictured), who once again put on a great show, drew more than 100 people. The final release consisting of the last three lots available will be open for inspection later this month, with the auction to take place Friday March 2.
