Demand for seaside land continues

November 21, 2017 BY

THE demand for quality coastal land continues with another huge land sale success at Seachange Estate St leonards, with 40 lots in the most recent stage in this popular sub-division selling within a few days.

Last week, Neville Richards Real Estate launched the latest stage being the “Park View Precinct” with the interest being so hot, many groups camped out overnight to secure their choice lot in this most recent stage that consists of 58 lots.

over 120 lots have now sold since the Seachange re-release mid-year, a sales rate which is almost averaging one a day, every day, over that four-month period.

According to Urban land developments director Ross Closter, the main reason for the demand is its proximity to the beach and the relative affordability.

“When you consider that all lots are within walking distance to the beach and are priced from only $139,950, it really is exceptional value for money,” Mr Closter said.

“In addition to this, eligible first homebuyers are entitled to the $20,000 first home owners grant and pay zero stamp duty.”

Selling agent Trevor McManus from Neville Richards Real Estate said that he has been overwhelmed with the response.

“The interest is coming from a diverse mix of Melbourne-based buyers who have been attracted to the area,” Mr McManus said.

“We have retirees, holidaymakers, builders, first homebuyers, investors and future permanent residents looking to relocate, who have all contributed toward the demand.

“The previous stages of the Seachange Estate look fantastic, with established palm trees and landscaped reserves, people can see the quality for themselves.

“This has no doubt attributed to the popularity of the estate, which has a long and proven history of providing a more affordable choice for those looking for a seachange lifestyle.”

The next stage is scheduled for release on November 25, so those that have missed out will soon have another opportunity to secure their own Seachange.
