Big W and Cotton On were amongst the newly listed exposure sites yesterday.

WITH the Geelong and Surf Coast regions entering the third day of a seven-day snap lockdown, there have been several developments regarding exposure sites in the Greater Geelong area.

One Geelong resident was announced yesterday (Tuesday, September 21) as the region’s only COVID-19 case in that day’s numbers.

However, along with the lone case, there were several new exposure sites listed last night connected to other known cases across Geelong, Lara and Corio, two being at stores in Westfield Geelong’s shopping centre.

They are:

  • Country Road at Geelong Westfield, September 10 between 4.25-5pm, as a Tier 2 site, meaning anyone who has visited this location during these times should urgently get tested, then isolate until confirmation of a negative result
  • Big W at Geelong Westfield, September 10 between 510-5.40pm, as a Tier 2 site, meaning anyone who has visited this location during these times should urgently get tested, then isolate until confirmation of a negative result
  • Kmart at Corio Village Shopping Centre, September 12 between 3.40-4.15pm, as a Tier 2 site, meaning anyone who has visited this location during these times should urgently get tested, then isolate until confirmation of a negative result.
  • Chemist Warehouse in Corio, September 12 between 4.09-4.40pm, as a Tier 2 site, meaning anyone who has visited this location during these times should urgently get tested, then isolate until confirmation of a negative result
  • Woolworths at Centreway Shopping Centre in Lara, September 12 between 6.30-7.15pm, as a Tier 2 site, meaning anyone who has visited this location during these times should urgently get tested, then isolate until confirmation of a negative result
  • Coles at Lara Village in Lara, September 14 between 4.33-5.30pm, as a Tier 2 site, meaning anyone who has visited this location during these times should urgently get tested, then isolate until confirmation of a negative result
  • Rods Bakery in Lara, September 19 between 12.08-12.40pm, as a Tier 2 site, meaning anyone who has visited this location during these times should urgently get tested, then isolate until confirmation of a negative result
  • Kmart at Corio Village Shopping Centre in Corio, September 19 between 12.45-1.30pm, as a Tier 2 site, meaning anyone who has visited this location during these times should urgently get tested, then isolate until confirmation of a negative result
  • Peak Pharmacy at Corio Village Shopping in Corio, September 19 between 1.10-2pm, as a Tier 2 site, meaning anyone who has visited this location during these times should urgently get tested, then isolate until confirmation of a negative result.
