Jack Rabbit big winners in 2015

February 5, 2016 BY
The business won the Best Tourism Restaurant category in the national Savour Australia Restaurant and Catering Hostplus Awards for Excellence in October, 2015.

Owner Lyndsay Sharp said the win was a tremendous honour for the entire Jack Rabbit team.

“From a tourism perspective, it is exciting to think we are contributing to showcasing this brilliant region which has such an amazing array of tourist experiences – epicurean, wineries, activities, events, local produce, beaches to name a few.”

Also in October, the winery was recognised locally and awarded the trophy for Most Successful Exhibitor of Show at the 2015 Geelong Wine Show, an honour they have been given in the 2013 and 2014 shows as well.

The awards are a result of the Jack Rabbit team’s dedication to service and culinary excellence, and there is no better time to experience it for yourself.

Jack Rabbit executive chef David Warmisham and head chef Paul Andrews have created a stunning, seasonal a la carte menu, featuring an abundance of local produce to indulge even the most discerning diners.

For a more casual dining experience, the ‘House of Jack Rabbit’ cellar door and tasting room serves up a terrific caféstyle menu.

Jack Rabbit Vineyard is open seven days for lunch, guided tastings and cellar door sales, 10.30am-5pm. It is also open Friday and Saturday nights for dinner and breakfast on weekends.

Jack Rabbit Vineyard is at 85 McAdams Lane, Bellarine.
