January 16, 2019 BY

Cinema-goers on the night were treated to a sausage sizzle run by the Point Lonsdale Surf Life Saving Club.

POINT Lonsdale residents spent a night under the stars at The Point Moonlight Cinema earlier this month.

Hosted by residential property developer, Moremac Property Group, the fifth annual Moonlight Cinema screened the animated box office smash hit film, Big Hero 6.

The film screened just prior to sunset on parkland overlooking The Point’s waterways.

Moremac Group project director Bryce Moore said the community event had been a great success and had attracted more than 150 movie-goers.

“The open-air cinema is now a hugely popular community event, and it’s great to see familiar faces and welcome new comers each year,” Mr Moore said.

Cinema-goers on the night were treated to a sausage sizzle run by the Point Lonsdale Surf Life Saving Club as well as complimentary pop-corn, ice-cream and drinks.
