Kithbrooke Park Country Club has a sports lounge, dining area, barbecue and entertaining facilities, a coffee shop, library, theatre lounge, and hairdressing salon.

KITHBROOKE Park Country Club’s new $6.5 million Clubhouse is now in full swing.

The Clubhouse officially opened in April at the Torquay resort-style independent living destination for over 55s, and has quickly become the hub of health and wellness activity.

Residents and their guests are raving about the central location, easy access and coastal theme featuring modern architecture, including natural local stone, timber and fabrics.

The Clubhouse was designed to enhance resident’s enjoyment of an active and healthy lifestyle, encourage social interaction and help create a sense of community.

It has a sports lounge, dining area, barbecue and entertaining facilities, a coffee shop, library, theatre lounge, and hairdressing salon.

The state of the art gymnasium designed for all fitness levels, and four multi-functional aqua therapy pools overlooking waterways and open green space, are other key highlights.

Outside, residents can spread out across a number of decks, patios and lawn areas or use the pitch and putt golf green and eight-rink championship bowling green.

“It has been wonderful to observe how quickly Kithbrooke Park residents have embraced the new clubhouse – treating it like an extension of their own home,” village manager Julie Baxter said.

“The clubhouse facilitates family catch ups, coffee with friends, socialising with other residents and partaking of the many and varied activities on offer at Kithbrooke Park Country Club.

“The Clubhouse has such a welcoming atmosphere that it has quickly become the heart of Kithbrooke Park.”

The central location offers connection to internal walking paths, gardening gazebo, off-leash dog park and bus service to Torquay and surrounds.

Kithbrooke Park Country Club continues to set a new standard in resort-style independent living for over 55s, with construction on the next phase of development now underway.

The luxury three-bedroom Stage Two Villa, The Rincon, provides a streamlined, contemporary design and spacious floor plan, featuring large living spaces with plenty of storage.

Villas will include European appliances, a high energy rating to save on weekly costs and generous pet friendly backyards.

“This is such an exciting time here at Kithbrooke Park Country Club with the completion of our state of the art Clubhouse and Pool Pavilion and our soon to be constructed new villas,” lifestyle sales consultant Kelly Binyon said.

The development of stage two is expected to grow Kithbrooke Park from 180 residents to 350, with the total value set to exceed $50 million and employ more than 70 local trades during construction.

Resident’s safety and security is of the utmost importance and backed-up by a secure, gated property including an upgraded in-home personal response service.

With an overwhelming response to the release of stage two, only a few villas remain available for purchase.

As the demand is so high for these exceptional villas, now is the time to buy. With only a five per cent deposit required, and no progress payments to be made, you can secure your new home and be on your way to living your new lifestyle today.
