HUNDREDS of furry friends and their humans are expected to be at Mirambeena Park in Armstrong Creek for the rescheduled Warralily Pet’s Day Out event.

The pets extravaganza will be held on November 26 and promises to be a fun day of compassion and endless tail wagging.

It will feature plenty of “pawesome” activities including the popular PETStock Pet parade, a pet supplier bazaar and a scrumptious lineup of food and beverages for locals and their furry friends.

Local businesses will also be hosting stalls and educations sessions to shed light on the power of rescue pets and adoption.

Warralily senior estate manager Lee Howard said the team at Warralily was incredibly excited to be bringing the furry fiesta back for the local community.

“Anticipate a perfect blend of sunshine and smiles at this pre-summer Pets Day Out.

“Our aim is to also shed light on the transformative power of opening your homes to rescue pets.

“We’ll showcase the incredible work of local volunteers like Geelong Animal Rescue and Forever Friends Animal Rescue, urging everyone to consider adoption and fostering.

“We also extend thanks to sponsors PETStock and Armstrong Creek Veterinary Practice for their unwavering support.”

Mr Howard also advised patrons to not miss out on the special complimentary pet photo booth by Best in Show Photography, which will be open all day.

The Pet’s Day Out begins at 11am.
