School holiday fun heads trackside

FOLLOWING the huge success of Super Saturday, the Geelong Racing Club is thrilled to present the second event in its Summer Series of Racing – The Valley @ Geelong Kids Twilight Extravaganza, a special co-hosted Moonee Valley race meeting and the ultimate school-holiday family experience.

This twilight event, to be held on Wednesday, January 14 from 2pm, is all about big value, big fun and all-inclusive entertainment.

 

Once you’re through the gate, kids can ride, play and explore all afternoon at no extra cost with unlimited access to carnival rides, the Atomic Drop waterslide, pony rides, Kelly Sports zone, dunk machine, giant games, roaming performers and interactive entertainment across the course.

There are also giveaways, music and plenty to keep kids of all ages entertained, while parents can relax nearby on the deck chairs, or the lawn with great viewing, food trucks, bars and live music and DJs nearby.

 

The best part: kids under 17 are FREE, making this one of the best value school-holiday outings in the region. And for families who attended Super Saturday, your ticket also gives you free return entry so you can come back, enjoy the rides all over again, and make the most of the full Summer Series experience.

As the sun sets, the night continues with the CUPRA Outdoor Cinema, featuring a special screening of The Smurfs under the stars. Bring a picnic rug, settle in on the lawn and enjoy a relaxed, family-friendly movie atmosphere whether you’ve spent the whole afternoon at the races or you’re just joining us for the film.
