WELCOME CHANGE

One of Torquay’s community groups has helped another out with a generous donation. Earlier this month, Ray (right) from the Torquay Community Men’s Shed presented Neighbourhood Watch Torquay/Jan Juc area co-ordinator David Cheatley (left) with a change drawer he made to hold money collected at community events. The NHW’s next event will be one of its regular Safe Plate Day sessions, to be held in the car park of Bunnings Torquay on November 4 from 10am-1pm.
