MAY MARKET UPDATE
With Megan Rovers

We’re looking forward to finishing this financial year on a high!
Of course, as it has been for everyone, this year has been unlike anything we’ve experienced before. Despite COVID-19 altering our team’s working habits, both our sales and rentals crew have adapted and persevered to ensure our high service levels.
As we move through the “new normal”, we’re staying vigilant, with safety precautions in place to soften the curve and eliminate any potential risks.
We’re excited to announce that the Armstrong Creek Town Centre is nearing completion and the construction is evidently evolving. Major retailers such as Coles, Dan Murphy’s, Terry White Chemists, Anytime Fitness, Tattslotto, Beauty Genesis and Hungry Jacks are all confirmed. The Town Centre is going to be a thriving hub, providing locals with every convenience we can imagine. We can’t wait to see it all come together.
Our community was also thrilled as children returned to school on May 26. The return to normality and routine for both parents and children was welcomed all round as we start to navigate how education will look in these new times.
Open inspections were back in full swing this month. The team were happy to see familiar faces and to meet newcomers looking to enter the market.
Over the month we conducted 58 appraisals,26 new listings and 19 sales!
With restrictions easing, the Armstrong Real Estate team has welcomed the opportunity to reintroduce our all-important Saturday inspections. Of course there are a range of new hygiene processes and distancing procedures in place to make sure our clients are all safe.

MAY RENTAL UPDATE
With Sammy Brittain

At this time of the year, the majority of tenants for the area is made up of families with couples coming in close behind.
We’re seeing a steady flow of people moving to the 3217 growth corridor from Melbourne and interstate. Demand has been strong – even as we enter the colder months.
The tenants we meet are looking for value for money when it comes to choosing a rental property, whilst ensuring the suburb is also a good location.
If you’re looking to lease your investment property, partnering with a local agent makes sense. We’d love to work with you to find the ideal tenant and ensure your property is leased quickly and for maximum returns.
Hope you’re all keeping well and looking forward to a great winter.
As ever, if there are any real estate needs we can help you with, please get in touch. We’d love to have a chat and see how we can help you out.
