G.J. Gardner Homes voted most trusted builder for third year

November 21, 2018 BY

G.J Gardner CEO Darren Wallis said that reputation is everything in the building game and these recent results show that they’re doing the right thing by their clients.

Trust is at the core of a good reputation in the building industry and G.J. Gardner Homes has once again proven this value is at the core of its operation being named the most trusted national builder by consumers for the third year in a row.

Chief executive officer Darren Wallis said the company received a rating of 4.7 out of a possible 5 stars from 214 customer reviews on ProductReview.com.au over the past 12 months, making them the top-rated national builder among hundreds of builders tracked by the consumer opinion website.

“Referrals are intrinsically linked to trust in the building game and referrals account for a large percentage of our new customers annually,” he said.

“We are exceptionally proud to be consistently recognised for this quality.”

Mr Wallis said the company had built an environment of trust with their clients, with a focus on delivering transparency, guaranteed build times, consistent communication and fixed budgets.

“The reviews are based on criteria such as workmanship, build quality, management of the build and customer service and support,” Mr Wallis said.

“Reputation is everything in the building game and these results show that we’re doing the right thing by our clients.”

This year G.J. Gardner also upped the trust in its design offering by collaborating with Darren Palmer, leading Australian interior designer and The Block judge, to offer six exclusive house interior and façade designs.

Mr Palmer said it was the first time he had collaborated with a large-scale residential builder and G.J. Gardner Homes’ strong reputation and longevity in the industry had been key factors in his decision to work with the company.

“I wanted to work with a company that had a nation-wide reach and was the most trusted in their field,” Mr Palmer said.

Local G.J. Gardner managing director Rohan Smith welcomed news of the award.

“From a local level this award just reinforces our belief in the standards we set for doing business as being ‘honest and upfront’. This standard was set back in 2009 when G.J. Gardner Homes introduced the ‘Get The Facts Upfront’ campaign, where our sole aim was to provide a true fixed price to build a new home for our clients via a ‘No Gimmicks or Giveaways’ policy. To this day, we still stand by this approach and do so with the highest level of service we can provide to our clients.”

ProductReview.com.au is Australia’s largest consumer opinion website and aims to help consumers make better purchasing decisions.
