Gen Fyansford has something for everyone

June 6, 2018 BY

Gen Fyansford will provide its own private parklands, man-made lake, playgrounds, cycling and bicycle tracks.

Gen Fyansford is a master-planned residential and mixed-use community located within Fyansford on the western end of metropolitan Geelong.

At completion, the project is expected to comprise about 1,000 lots (depending on final planning approval) with a town centre offering retail and commercial uses.

The project is being developed by ICD Property, a Melbourne-based property developer, in conjunction with Supalai, a Thai-based land developer.

Only an eight-minute drive from Geelong’s CBD and under an hour from Melbourne, Gen Fyansford has access to all amenity. It’s also on the doorstep of premium public and private schools, restaurants, and local businesses, on top of providing its own private parklands, man-made lake, playgrounds, cycling and bicycle tracks, and town centre offering immediate access to a grocery store.

Offering lots in a variety of shapes and sizes, Gen Fyansford caters to all purchasers. From first-home-buyers and young professionals wanting to enter the market at an affordable price, to investors looking for long-term security in an up-and-coming neighbourhood, Gen Fyansford has something for everyone.

To date, Gen Fyansford has released eight stages totalling 324 lots, each experiencing quick sell outs.

Gen Fyansford’s latest Eden Release comprises 38 lots located in an exclusive enclave. These lots offer purchasers their own private, domestic escape and range in size from 332sqm to 814sqm, starting at $259,000.

Coming developments include the rejuvenation and landscaping of Moorabool River (featuring playgrounds, barbecue and picnic shelter, exercise equipment, foot paths, and bicycle tracks) which will be available for public use and enjoyment in mid-2018.

“We are excited by opportunities presented by the natural amenity of Fyansford,” , ICD Property managing director Michael Mai said.

“In creating a sustainable new community, a considerable proportion of our research and planning is focused on protecting and working in harmony with the natural environment, particularly the rejuvenation of the Moorabool River and activation along the riverfront.”

For home inspiration, Gen Fyansford’s Display Village is open Saturday to Wednesday featuring award winning builders Burbank, Hamlan, Boutique, JG King, Simonds, Metricon, Torquay Select Homes and Homebuyers Centre.

Our Sales Centre at 5 Casey Boulevard (formerly 50 Hyland Street) is also open Saturday to Wednesday from noon-5pm.
