April 18, 2019 BY

There will be plenty of activities for kids at Saturday’s Quay2 Easter event.

Avoid the Easter crowds and head to the quieter side of Torquay for a special Quay2 Display Village Community Open Day on Saturday April 20 from 12pm to 3pm.

Featuring special guests, Paw Patrol who will be performing live stage shows at 12.15pm and 2.15pm plus meet Chase, Ryder and Marshall from 1.15pm to 1.45pm.

The Easter Bunny will also make an appearance to entertain and give out chocolates, PLUS a free community barbecue, roving children’s entertainment and free face painting available.

For the adults, the display village features 14 beautifully-presented homes with modern coastal interiors from renowned local builders, as well as national home building brands.

View homes by Metricon, Hotondo, JM Homes, Arden Homes, Enso Homes, GJ Gardner, JG King, Sinclair Homes, Howard
& Wade, Hudson Ridge, KRE8 Living, Ecooi and Torquay Select Homes in a special Easter hunt to find your dream home.

You’ll see innovative ideas for quality coastal living, including a home with a central atrium connecting the heart of the home with the outdoors – letting natural greenery into every moment of your day, as well as intelligent design and the use of sun courts that flood interiors with natural light.

This is a pedestrian friendly street event with parking available on Merrijig Drive.

The Quay2 Display Village is open to the public 11am – 5pm Saturday to Wednesday.

As well as the display homes and the land packages on display in the sales office, you can walk past the Avant Townhomes display suites, scheduled to be open for visitors in early May.
