HOTONDO’S Australia Day grand opening of their stunning Esplanade 260 design at the Quay 2 Estate Torquay was an outstanding success, with great crowds and spectacular entertainment.

Young families made the most of the day with their children being entertained while the parents got a great look at Hotondo Homes’ newest display that is brimming with design and styling ideas.

The grand opening was also ran as a fundraiser to support Make-A-Wish, which does amazing work granting wishes to children who are battling life-threatening illnesses.

The event was also supported by some great local businesses like Bellbrae Estate, Salty Dog Café, Il Gelation, Peaches Café, Great Ocean Road Chocolataire, Earth Bottles and Bakers Delight Torquay North and Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort.

Genuine local builders, the team at Hotondo Homes Torquay is excited to have built this gorgeous display home in Torquay for locals of the Surf Coast to be able to visit and begin creating their own home.

The Esplanade 260 is designed around energy efficiency and comfort, a lot of careful consideration has gone into choosing the floor plan and selecting the appliances to build a home that is not only stylish but also environmentally sustainable.

The three-bedroom home takes inspiration from its coastal surrounds and contains clever and creative features to deliver the ultimate family home.

For more information drop into the Esplanade 260 display at 5 Rosser Boulevard, Torquay between Saturday and Wednesday from 11am to 5pm, or phone Peter Walker on 0434 730 962 to begin building your own dream home.
