FINAL lots in a Gen Fyansford estate release have hit the market with five properties available at the peak of the west Geelong community.

The estate will also throw open the doors of a new display village this weekend as it passes the halfway mark of its land sales.

The estate has released Pinnacle stage 6.3 properties that showcase panoramic views across Queens Park, the Barwon River and Fyansford to its buyers.

Pinnacle has sold 34 lots across its first two stages with sell-out periods averaging between three and 14 days.

With Pinnacle 6.3 adjoining the desirable Newtown suburb, within catchments of leading schools, a 10-minute drive to the city and six minutes to Pakington Street, the latest release is also expected to be hot property.

Gen Fyansford Estate Manager Brett Thompson said buyers include a mix of Geelong residents looking to upgrade their lifestyle and purchasers from Melbourne and interstate wanting to settle in the city.

“We see a lot of buyers coming from older homes that have previously been renovated and who are now looking for a new home without subdivisions,” he said.

“These land lots offer a unique location for buyers to build brand new, quality homes at the same cost of renovating, in one of Geelong’s most sought after suburbs with outstanding views.”

Gen Fyansford has sold 700 lots with 400 families now calling the area home.

It is expected to house 1,200 homes when it finishes around 2025.

On Saturday, the estate will launch a new display village that features award-winning builder Metricon, Boutique, Urbanedge, Glenvill, JG King, Simonds and Hamlan.

“Gen Fyansford’s Display Village Grand Opening will see local food offerings such as a Provenance Wines pop-up, family-friendly entertainment, games and activities for children, and a plethora of local businesses on display, so potential purchasers can get a feel for what’s on offer within close proximity to the estate,” Mr Thompson said.

“They’ll also be able to secure exclusive one-day offerings from the display village’s prestigious builders, including price locks, complementary butler’s pantry upgrades, and other generous incentives to save on their build.”
