Ridge rises with all lots sold

A large crowd attended Cyan Property’s Easter Saturday auction of five lots in the sought-after Grossmans Ridge Estate Torquay, where strong bidding on every lot saw all sold on the day. The blocks ranging from 2,920sqm to 4,000sqm in size sold from $650,000 to $730,000, mainly to young families looking for room to move.
