Metricon's Langdon features a stylish 'L' shaped kitchen which flows seamlessly to the dining and outdoor area. The Langdon is the entertainer's dream.

Metricon is showcasing stylish single level family living in Mount Duneed with the unveiling of the Langdon and the Delta single-storey display homes in the Armstrong Estate.

In a move to provide an even greater variety of display homes for families looking to build in the region, Metricon has further signalled its commitment to the growing area, adding two impressive designs to its seven other display homes in the region.

The Langdon 28 and the Delta 25 include everything that a family needs for their dream home, offering generous features that are sure to impress.

Both designs have four bedrooms, two living areas and an outdoor room, ensuring plenty of space for a growing family.

The Langdon is the entertainer’s dream, with the stylish ‘L’ shaped kitchen flowing seamlessly to the dining and outdoor area, whilst the ever popular Delta floorplan has been brought to life in Mt Duneed with high raked ceilings in the main living area, creating an amazing sense of space.

The master suites, complete with walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom, are conveniently located at the front of the house with the other bedrooms towards the back, providing both privacy and room to grow for young families.

Metricon’s regional west manager Simon Taylor said these two designs are perfect for young growing families and it was exciting to be able to show them to customers.

“Mount Duneed is a beautiful area and it’s also seeing a lot of growth, so I think it’s really important to be able to showcase what we can offer customers looking to build in the area,” Mr Taylor said.

“The opening of these two homes means we have nine displays in the broader Geelong region, with more to come before the year is out, which shows how committed we are to offering buyers a range of variety and style inspiration,

“The displays have been really well received so far and we’re excited to see them continue to impress home buyers who want to feel and experience he quality Metricon delivers.”

The Langdon is displayed with the Yale facade but can be built with 14 other different facades, whilst the Delta is displayed with the Domain facade and can be built with 16 other facade options.

Both the Langdon and the Delta are now open for you to visit and experience first-hand every day from 11am until 5pm at 235 and 237 Sovereign Drive, Mount Duneed (dependent on COVID restrictions).
