TORQUAY AGENT COMES OUT ON TOP

One Agency Torquay director Shaun O’Callaghan has just been acknowledged for his significant auction success, taking out the group’s Excellence in Auction Results award at the One Agency 2018 Australasian Awards, beating out all other agents across the 154 offices in Australia and New Zealand.

Mr O’Callaghan (pictured above with his award) said that on top of this award, One Agency has had the most success in auctions in Torquay/Jan Juc too, with the best ratio at selling under the hammer on the day of auction across all other local agencies.

“Not every property is right for auction, particularly in more recent times as the banks tighten up their lending, making it difficult for buyers to arrange unconditional finance within the auction campaign period,” Mr O’Callaghan said.
