Business owner combines passion for cleaning and helping others

March 3, 2022 BY

The Neat Freaks have more than 20 years combined experience in carpet cleaning, pest control and domestic cleaning.

The Neat Freaks director Linda Dunduru migrated to Australia 10 years ago and is passionate about helping migrant women upskill and start a career in the cleaning industry.

Originally from Zimbabwe, Linda navigated her way through the challenges of starting her business The Neat Freaks and is now passionate about sharing her learnings with fellow migrant women to ensure women from vulnerable backgrounds don’t experience the steep learning curves she did.

Linda, who is married with two boys, helps upskill migrant women through their roles at the company, while assisting women to refine their English.

“Upskilling staff creates a real and sustainable difference for women. At The Neat Freaks we have flexible work arrangements to align with creating a great work life balance, especially for mothers; the struggle is real, right?” she said.

“All staff receive intensive training and continue to update their skills and proficiency in the industry.

“As a business we would love to partner other organisations that have cleaning needs, and our competitive rates will allow these businesses to see their money go further.

“One call does it all at The Neat Freaks. We offer office cleaning, residential cleaning, end of lease cleaning, carpet cleaning, decluttering service, holiday housekeeping service, linen and laundry service and pest control.

“We live up to our name and leave no stone unturned!”

The Neat Freaks have more than 20 years combined experience in carpet cleaning, pest control and domestic cleaning.

The Neat Freaks is fully insured and all staff have a police clearance.
