SILVER

Nicola Olyslagers – (athletics – women’s high jump) – Olyslagers pushed hard for the gold with a gutsy final clearance at 2m only to come up just short against Ukrainian world record holder Yaroslava Mahuchikh.

Meg Harris – (swimming – women’s 50m freestyle) – A popular medal for one of the unheralded members of the star-studded Dolphins squad.

Kaylee McKeown, Emma McKeon, Mollie O’Callaghan and Jenna Strauch – (swimming – women’s 4x100m medley relay) – Australia signed off a hugely successful swimming campaign in style with yet another medley medal.

BRONZE

Eleanor Patterson – (athletics – women’s high jump) – Patterson added a first Olympic medal to her gold and silver from the past two world championships.

OTHER HEADLINE GOLD MEDALLISTS
