ANGLESEA Golf Club is searching for a new hospitality operator as it looks to strengthen its food and beverage offering.

An expression of interest process is now open, with the club seeking a long-term partner to deliver food and beverage services for members and visitors.

The search follows the club and its previous operator parting ways last month.

Anglesea Golf Club general manager Chris Mandas said the process was an important step for the club’s future.

“We’re really focused on finding the right long-term partner who shares our values and understands what makes the club such a special part of the Anglesea community,” Mandas said.

“There’s a strong membership base here and this EOI process is about enhancing the club experience for members, guests, and visitors alike.”

While the search is underway, the club has maintained a limited food offering.

Pete’s Pizza is operating Wednesday to Saturday evenings, while grab-and-go meals remain available from the Spike Bar.

“We didn’t want any gap in service while the EOI process is underway,” Mandas said.

“Having Pete’s Pizza operating midweek through the weekend, along with grab-and-go options from the Spike Bar, means there’s still plenty of choice and convenience for members and visitors.”

The club’s hospitality venue overlooks the 18-hole course, which is also known for its resident kangaroos and guided wildlife tours.

The club also features on-course accommodation, an 18-hole mini golf course and regular kangaroo tours.
