McCartney Real Estate recognised by RateMyAgent four years running

March 5, 2020 BY

The McCartney Torquay and Winchelsea team of Tim Carson, Bella Grace, Geoff Bennett, Steve Menegazzo and John McMahon are excited to be recognised by RateMyAgent

Now in its sixth year, the RateMyAgent Agent of the Year Awards celebrate and recognise real estate agents and agencies that provide truly excellent client service, based primarily on customer satisfaction.

Rather than being judged by industry peers, the Awards are calculated based on the verified reviews that customers provide on the RateMyAgent website which has seen 5.6 million visitors throughout 2019.

In the Torquay category, McCartney Real Estate took out the Agency of the Year Award for the fourth consecutive year and director Tim Carson took out the Agent of the Year Award for the fourth year running.

Their Winchelsea Agency also gained recognition again as Agency of the Year and Geoff Bennett was awarded Agent of the Year again for this area.

“Winning these awards for the last four years show that our agency is on a winning formula,” Mr Carson said.

“The feedback we receive through the RateMyAgent website is acknowledgement and recognition that we put our clients first.

“The market in Torquay is very competitive and we are proud of what we have achieved.

“We are also pleased that our investment in the Winchelsea community is being recognised.”

The Agent of the Year Awards recognise agents and agencies on a suburb and town level. The awards also honour leading agents and agencies on a city, state and national level, highlighting the most recommended across the country so sellers can make informed choices.

“The RateMyAgent Agent of the Year Awards are the only awards which use verified customer reviews and feedback, so they’re an honest gauge of the customer service an agent has provided,” RateMyAgent co-founder Mark Armstrong said.

“These awards are the only industry awards to put sellers’ needs first, using customer reviews as a leading indicator of an agent’s success over 2019 and into 2020.”
