Former Bellarine local and Quay2 estate manager Adriana Falcone was so taken with the estate that she has made it her home.

Where on the Surf Coast can you build your dream home, become part of a close-knit community and enjoy the convenience of an urban lifestyle only walking distance from the beach? The answer is Quay2, Torquay.

Former Bellarine local and Quay2 estate manager Adriana Falcone was so taken with the estate that she has made it her home.
She moved into her brand new house in August last year and has completely embraced her new lifestyle.
“I just love that I’m close to everything – I can walk to the beach, to the shops or to meet friends for a night out”, she said.
Fairview, Quay2’s final land release, is about to hit the market. The first tranch comprising 8 premium lots with sea views ranging between 448sqm and 637sqm will be available from June 13.
The well-established neighbouring, The Quay estate was developed by Intrapac Property over 15 years ago.
Quay2 connects seamlessly with The Quay and together they are now home to more than 4,000 residents.
Ms Falcone says there is such a sense of community here.
“Over the past several years, developer Intrapac Property has organised a rolling calendar of community activities including: Easter, Halloween, Talk Like a Pirate Day, Christmastime in the Quay, an annual Christmas event along with an annual home decorating competition benefiting charity.”
Qyay2 continues The Quay’s legacy of high quality public open space, providing residents with a network of parklands including a central, elevated play area with views of the estate and glimpses of the ocean, native wetlands and a community orchard.
An elevated boardwalk within the wetlands connects residents to the beach at Zeally Bay via a shared existing pathway and nature strip.
A range of amenities are close at hand, you can start your weekend with a coffee and connect with local growers and providores.
Torquay’s weekly Farmers’ Market, held every Saturday on the Surf Coast Shire forecourt, is right on Quay2’s doorstep.
A neighbourhood shopping village offering a Woolworths Supermarket, BWS and specialty stores including a café, bakery and petrol station is a short walk or two-minute drive away. Bunnings and Aldi are just across the Surf Coast Highway, while Torquay central offers two full range supermarkets, specialty stores and a wide offer of cafes, restaurants, all only a 5 minute drive away.
There are also plenty of local learning options just a few minutes walk away including a childcare centre, a kindergarten in the Quay2 Kurrambee-Myaring-Community-Centre, the Torquay Coast Primary School, St. Therese Catholic Primary School and Surf Coast Secondary College.
Ms Falcone is enjoying her dream home and looking forward to the future at Quay2.
“It’s a beautiful estate, I love living here.”
Housing lots are on sale from $399,000.
