Buhlmann wins memorial shield

IN lovely weather to start the day that turned into drizzly showers The Millicent Golf Club had 22 women play a stableford event to win the highly contested Marg Baker Memorial Shield which was followed by a lovely afternoon tea.

The club is grateful to the Baker family who donates the prizes for the day and to Marg’s granddaughter Olivia who was on hand to present the prizes to the winners.

Amber Buhlmann had a great win with a score of 42 points, while Kathy Webber was runner up with 39.
