THE OneFortyOne Pioneers are pleased to announce the signing of Eva Langton for the 2026 NBLl South season, adding a versatile and experienced wing to the women’s program.

Langton joins the Pioneers following her most recent NBL1 campaign with the Willetton Tigers in NBL1 West, where she played a key role as a starting swingman.

Last season, Langton averaged 77.5 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game, while shooting efficiently from the field, highlighting her ability to impact games on both ends of the floor.

A New Zealand national, Langton brings a strong blend of shooting, playmaking, and defensive versatility to the roster.

She has competed across New Zealand and Australia, including most recently the Tauihi Basketball Aotearoa league, and has consistently contributed in starting roles throughout her career.

Langton’s addition strengthens the Pioneers’ perimeter depth and provides valuable experience as the club continues to build toward the 2026 NBL1 South campaign.

OneFortyOne Pioneers Women’s head coach Matt Sutton said the club was pleased to welcome Langton to Mount Gambier.

“Eva adds good size and versatility, she’s a good decision maker and can really shoot the ball which makes her a great fit for us,” Sutton said.

Meanwhile, Langton shared her excitement about joining the OneFortyOne Pioneers and making the move to the NBL1 South Conference.

‘’I’m super grateful and excited to be a part of the Pioneers family this season,” Langton said. “I can’t wait to meet everyone and get involved with the club and the awesome community behind it!”
