Roy racks up 100 games this weekend

ROY Osborne will run out for his 100th A grade game for the Tantanoola Football Club this weekend.

A lifelong Tiger, Roy began his journey in the Junior Colts where in 2013 he claimed the Leading Goal Kicker award.

Progressing into Senior Colts he was part of the 2015 Premiership side and in 2016 was named the Neil Von Duve Best Team Man—the same year he made his senior debut.

In 2017, his final year as a junior, Roy again showcased his talent finishing as the Senior Colts Leading Goal Kicker with 54 goals.

After a period of travel, Roy returned to the club and quickly re-established himself as a key member of the senior side, earning the Best Team Man award last season.

A player who leads from the front and is respected by his teammates we are glad to have Roy back at the club on a permanent basis and we hope there are many more games to come in the red and white.
