THE OneFortyOne Pioneers are excited to announce the signing of TiLan ‘Tilly’ Boler for the 2026 NBL1 South season, adding proven scoring power and high level experience to the women’s roster.

Boler arrives in Mount Gambier following a strong collegiate and professional pathway, most recently competing in France after completing her NCAA career with the University of Memphis.

Known for her shooting efficiency and offensive confidence, Boler has consistently demonstrated her ability to stretch defences and score in volume.

During her final collegiate season at Memphis, Boler averaged 16.6 points per game, shooting 37 per cent from three point range, while earning AII-AAC First Team and AAC All-Newcomer Team honours.

Across her college career, she was a multiple-time SWAC Champion and AII-SWAC First Team selection, highlighting her impact within winning programs.

Boler recently closed her European season in emphatic fashion, scoring 23 points on 7-of-9 shooting from beyond the arc in her final game in France – a performance that underlined her ability to influence games at a high level off the bench or as a featured scorer.

Earlier last year, Boler also earned a WNBA training camp contract with the Chicago Sky, further reinforcing the level at which she is regarded as she transitions to the NBL1 South competition.

Her signing adds scoring punch, perimeter shooting, and composure to the OneFortyOne Pioneers as the club continues to shape its roster for the 2026 season.

OneFortyOne Pioneers women’s head coach Matt Sutton welcomed Baler’s addition to the program.

“We are really looking forward to Tilly joining our squad, her ability to move off the ball will be a great asset along with her ability to shoot.” he said. “Tilly’s competitive nature and versatility on defence will make her a great fit here and a player that I think our fans will really appreciate.”

Boler shared her excitement about joining the Pioneers and beginning the next chapter of her professional career in Mount Gambier.

“I’m beyond excited to start this new chapter with the team and get to know everyone.”
