Business expands to offer pilates and yoga

August 18, 2022 BY

Situated on the growing Murradoc Rd, Peninsula Osteopathy + Allied Health now offers a large light filled yoga and studio pilates space that over looks the vista of the growing suburb.

After servicing the northern Bellarine for 16 years with allied health services, Peninsula Osteopathy + Allied Health has expanded its services to include a custom-built pilates and yoga studio.

“We have a strong desire for people in our community to be able to access excellent health care and exercise options,” business owner Dr Belinda Kelly said.

“Building a studio to allow people to try different exercise options in a fun but professional space seemed like the best way to help people help themselves, where they live.”

Situated on the growing Murradoc Road, the studio includes a large light-filled yoga and studio pilates space that over looks the vista of the growing suburb.

The clinical pilates and barre space will also soon include reformer beds.

“Expanding our services to include this purpose-built space will hopefully allow us to expand our services, help more people and grow our team of practitioners to assist meeting the needs of our community,” Ms Kelly said.

“Those that have tried our classes in our opening week have enjoyed trying options previously unavailable – hot yoga or pilates, yin and barre.

“Its been really lovely to see people enjoying movement in a group setting again.

“We are really excited to start offering pre and post natal options, workshops and fun evenings partnering with other local family run businesses.

“We have excellent instructor and educator options locally that we look forward to expanding.

“We believe people should be able to access this within their local area and we’re going to try and bring that.”

Both studio and clinical classes of pilates are available, and yoga options include beginners through to strong flow.

Classes are available to book online through MindBody by searching “Peninsula Osteopathy” Monday to Saturday.
