Sharks too masterful for Diggers in first round

SOUTH Coast Sharks are looking forward to their away trip against Sunbury after a strong start to their AFL Masters campaign.
The Sharks will face the Lions on April 27 in round two following their pair of wins against Ballarat Diggers at Anglesea’s Ellimatta Reserve on Sunday, April 6.
The over-45s took control early through midfield dominance and the ball barely made it past the centre line in the first half.
The Diggers started well in the over-35s before the spirited Sharks settled and gained control with sharp ball movement and strong structures.
The Sharks had several debutants across both teams.
